The reformer is a bed-like machine with springs, straps, and a sliding carriage. It adds gentle resistance to movement, helping you strengthen, stretch, and stabilise - all at once. It’s low-impact, kind to your joints, and completely adaptable for beginners or experienced movers.
Whether you’re rebuilding after a break, managing pain, or just curious to try something new - reformer is a beautiful place to start.
