Mummas & Bubbas Refromer
We’re so excited to be introducing our Mummas & Bubbas Reformer class
A gentle, supportive reformer session designed with pre- and post-natal bodies in mind.
This class focuses on rebuilding strength, reconnecting to your core, and moving safely - all in a calm, welcoming space.
Babies up to 6 months are very welcome and can sleep in their pram while you move.
You don’t need to be “fit” or “back to normal” as we meet you exactly where you are.
Open to everyone, but thoughtfully tailored for pregnancy and post-birth. Spots are limited to keep it supportive

New Friday 4.30pm Reformer Class Added!

We’re excited to introduce a 4:30pm Reformer Pilates class every Friday with Renae, starting 20th February
The perfect way to:
• move after the workday
• shake off the week
• head into the weekend feeling strong and grounded
Expect a supportive, feel-good reformer class with expert guidance and plenty of options to suit your body on the day.

8:15am Mat Pilates (Fortnightly)
Start your morning strong with our energising 8:15am Mat Pilates class with Samantha. This full-body session is designed to build strength, improve posture, and leave you feeling aligned and empowered for the day ahead.
Expect intentional movement, controlled burn, and that signature Pilates shake, all in a supportive and motivating studio atmosphere. Whether you're building foundations or refining your technique, this class will challenge and uplift you. The perfect way to kick-start your fortnight.
9:15am Mat Stretch (Fortnightly)
Unwind, lengthen, and reset with our 9:15am Mat Stretch class with Samantha. This slower-paced session focuses on deep stretching, mobility, and gentle core activation to help release tension and improve flexibility.
It’s the ideal complement to your strength sessions giving your body the recovery and care it deserves. Leave feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. A little self-care, every fortnight.
