Using a reformer machine (think springs, pulleys, and support!), this class builds strength without stress on your joints. It’s low-impact, highly effective, and suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike.Looking to feel strong, aligned, and supported? Reformer might be your new favourite thing.

Best for: Core control, stability, breathwork, and precision.
