Cancellation Policy

As our studio continues to grow, we’ve put a few simple booking guidelines in place to make sure everyone has a fair chance to attend classes and that spots don’t go unused.

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class.

• Class Packs & 3x/week Memberships
  - With more than 12 hours’ notice, your class will be returned to your account for you to rebook.
  - Cancellations within 12 hours will be forfeited.

• Unlimited memberships
  - Late cancellations (within 12 hours) incur a small $5 fee, and - No-shows incur a $10 fee.

We know that life isn’t always predictable, and if something unexpected comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out, as we always aim to approach these situations with understanding where we can.

These guidelines simply help us keep classes running smoothly and allow waitlisted clients the chance to move with us.
